I would like to know what we need to do, so we can file for a fiancee visa. I really miss him and want him here with me. I am a citizian from USA. He have been in Cech Republic since April. Can someone let me know what I need to do, or tell him so we can be together and get married. He has a passport from Nigeria. He has not got approved for his asylum yet.
