I’m Irish marrying an American. We filed out I-129f, fiancee visa petition. If your married you file the I-130 form.

You would file a K1 fiance petition on his behalf. It is Form I-129f and the government fee is $455. If you file after marriage, the form you use is an I-130 ($355) and it is followed up with an I-129 to expedite the visa issuance. I am a visa processor with
